Two Old Goats is a lotion. The consistency of hand lotion. A bit aromatic at first but the smell quickly disappears. I don't find the smell offensive. It does soften the skin too.

Thanks. My stiffness is pretty global over the body except for my knees, odd. A lotion for my full hip region would eat up an 8oz bottle in no time. I need a bath salt for full body emersion ;-)

I'm limping(pardon the pun) along better with ibuprofen but may increase my dosage after yesterday. Talked to a pharmacist and he said ibuprofen could actually be taken at 3 time the level stated on the packaging. That's good news even though I dislike the after effects and taste when I wake in the mornings with just 1200/day. martin

Is "Blue Stuff" still on the market?

My dad used it years ago and i tried it myself. I think it was made of Emu oil and capcasin. I remember it as being pricey, but it did help. I think they got sued by some of their employees and the biz may have been sold to a relative, but do not remember for sure.

I have some capcasin if you can squeeze the oil out of that Emu.
