And are over 5'6", you may want to order a carbon fiber lower.
I just had a Simplex delivered, charged thing, and assembled.
I'm 6'2", and that lower shaft is a bit "soft". There's no way I'd use this in the hot sun. I bought it for strictly water, but shouldn't have to be concerned of using it in the summer of I happen to have it with me and the opportunity to dirt detect arose.
Spending another $35 for a lower is something someone shouldn't have to do to fix a design flaw, and makes an "inexpensive" option, much less "inexpensive". I'm a bit disappointed with the cheap quality of the lower shaft.
