I just ordered my peltors and they will be here Friday. And since payday is Friday I'll order the rest of the pieces. I guess the hardest part will be to figure out which pins to solder to
which wire.

The plastic tubes you got to put your speakers in what size are those and did you just get those at Home Depot/Lowes

You can get away with the fluorescent light covers which are a clear thin plastic tube. In the light section of Lowes or the depot. I used them early on but found the thicker to be longer lasting..

Also making a set of HP's right now and taking pictures to do step by step..

That's what you install the speaker in for water proofing it. If you get the audiosear speakers.

Thanks for the video OBN is that just a piece of plastic set in the headphones that the speaker and tube is sealed to. My headphones are coming in today so I haven't been able to look at them.

Sorry for hijacking your thread. Joe as always your an ace....I see on one of your other post of the speakers you have a diode attached on the contacts.
Do you also have the part # for ctx m12 4 and 8 pin connector that threads into the excel end cap

One thing I didn't realize is how far out the peltors stick I'm worried about the amount of wind noise they will have since they stick out so far. How do you thread the crossover cable to the other speaker I thought that the padded part of the peltor would have an opening but it doesn't so what do you guys do to keep it in place.

From what I hear the excal blue headphones are the best of the excal headphones.
