I had trouble with one of mine last year....Garrett replaced it no problem...I'm sure it is frustrating happening more than once...
Garrett's customer service is fantastic - they just made a shoddy product. I shouldn't have to pay to ship off my pinpointer every 6 months knowing it'll break. I also shouldn't have to be without my PP...This is where it gets me ill. If they had a place in my town I could drop it off - get it fixed and pick it up in a few days I'd be happy as ever. Shipping it off to Texas and waiting a week just stinks!
