Oops I'm late... I meant to post last night after my hunt, but forgot. I'm embarrassed its not much, but I just started in mid-November 2011 and its rained 3-4 days per week since so haven't been out a whole lot. 
Well here's my total added on-
$11.52 + $15340.09= $15,351.61

I corrected it.
Last year, people kept posting to that thread well into May for the 2010 year totals, and we already beat that number all to heck.

Add 0.26 more to my total...was just tossing my clothes from yesterday in washer and 2 dirty coins fell out. I thought yesterday my coin count wasn't right when I was going through my finds bag.

I don't know if anyone ever thought about it but every coin we dig up an re-circulate we are helping out the country's economy. So we've added over $16,000.00 to the economy. Not to mention the thousands of dollars worth of gold and silver recovered and redeemed for cash that would otherwise be lost for an eternity. A pat on the back to all you metal detectorists out there. Keep up the good work.
