Fisher CZ-3D versus Tesoro Cortes

I'm finding out that finding an older cz-3d on the cheap isn't easy. I was going to post a "WTB" on this site, but found I don't have enough posts. What is a reasonable price to pay for a used cz-3d?

Get a CZ6a, it's the same machine (althought a few years older) but splash proof/weather resistant. I paid $350 for mine used.

I started with the CZ3d and wish I would have tried them years ago and by that I mean CZ's in general I now also have the CZ70 pro and know I will pick up a CZ21. Everyone keeps saying old technology but technology hasn't changed in about 25 years just bells and whistles. They have good resale for a reason and mine are not for sale.

I agree, I want to get a CZ70, or possibly a CZ3d in the future. Having owned 2 CZ7a's, I can say that they will still compete with anything out there. They handle salt beaches and bad soil, and go super deep. The only issue with the CZ's were they tended to register deep nails as high coins.
