Bullet Casings and Miscellaneous Items

Found these today...two bullet casings (one marked 'Rem' and the other marked 'C'), something that resembles a tag or nameplate, and a chisel or giant nail??

Anyone have any ideas on these things?

The bullet casings are .22 long rifle. Remington and CCI. Both are very modern.

The shell casings are .22 rim fire. Don't know about the other items.

Yep modern .22RF. At least you can recycle them as they are brass.

The other two items that you found remind me of a 'wedge and feather' used to produce all of the 'cut stone' building material that we all love to find.. I once found a set of these still embedded in a rock ledge where Mason's were cutting stone to build the 1870 coke ovens that I was exploring. Only the fire brick remained for the beehive ovens, the stone had been sacvenged for building materials of a railroad town.
