Short hunt at the old drive in!

Went to an old drive in today. There is absolutely nothing left of it except some asphalt. I did find where the projector both would have been and did some hunting. Man! This place has some trash in it. It's gonna take a while to find something good. Had to notch out iron, foil, nickel and tab to try to cut out some of the trash. If it id'ed as nickel it was a tab and tab was dead on. Found one 1980 penny, old time pull tabs and well more trash. Oh and a bullet. Not uncommon in this part of town. I'll hit it again next week. I think that longest piece of metal was from an old parking lot light housing.

Lol maybe disc out everything up to your lowest silver hit, and tick down. Stay on it man, it IS there.

Good luck. In my own experience, drive ins are about the hardest hunts i've had. Although one would think there should be alot there, I've yet to find any silver at a drive in. There's alot of everthing else though.
