Blade on trimmer not real sharp. Still cut pretty good.
It is a bit deceiving how low this rig cuts since the blade passes down lower on weeds and grass. It don’t chop things up like lawn mower. Will cut lower than typical setting used on lawn mower. But the weeds and grass are sitting on top cut but not chopped to finer pieces.
Definitely can give one an edge cs waiting for the stuff to die. Plus the area in winter after being cut will be even cleaner since it was cut in late spring and summer.
I Have cut out fishing holes on banks for folks too by rivers and lakes and ponds.
