Moved to Boston from Tucson (originally from NJ) and, being a fan of history, I found myself researching the metal detecting hobby. Well, that has recently transitioned into purchasing an ML Equinox 800 and just started hunting! Found a few Lincoln pennies, an unidentified iron relic, and a TON of beer can pull tabs.
I'm happy to be a part of this community to learn more and share my experiences. Hopefully, I can find a crew near the Boston area for weekend hunting!

We meet monthly in Newton Highlands, except during the Covid-19 pandemic, meetings have been cancelled. Probably won't get back to regular meetings until September. Right now, we have bi-weekly Zoom get-togethers.
