Virginia Gilded Uniform Button Pre Civil War

Went out yesterday to an old foundation from around 1900 and recovered a nice gilded Virginia uniform button. I have not found this exact style yet on the web, only similar (note cape below elbow). Best guess so far is circa 1840-1860.

Super excited about this one. Also found other relics as shown. I will be going back!

Awesome find, here's a bit of info for the button:

"Virginia button, state seal Virtus slaying the tyrant with sword down, "Cavalier" pattern.... Button depicts Virginia state seal, Virtus slaying the tyrant, intended for Virginia troops. This design of the state seal with the sword pointed down became prevalent from the 1850's.
