I'd call that a swell center jack knife, possibly made by the old Novelty Knife company of Canton Ohio , or the Aerial Knife co. in the 20's.

I also found a knife like that and found out it was One of the more prominent "risque" knife makers was G.R.C. (Golden Rule Cutlery Company) from Chicago, Ill. and were very popular during the 1920s.Here is the friendly Metal detecting link at my knife.
