Murphy is 2 years old now and doing fairly well as a partner, especially on river gravel bars where he can help dig. He has figured out high tones are what I get excited about. He does a good job of digging right where I'm pinpointing. He does have a time limit, after an hour he gets too excited and starts jumping at the coil or the box. I can yell at him and he will stop for a while, but he's kind of sensitive, if I yell too much he starts pouting and wont talk to me for the rest of the day.
