New Member From Sedalia Missouri

WOW! Thanks everyone! I'm so new to the whole forum thing as well, can barely figure out how to reply.. Thanks for the warm welcome everyone!!
 
I live at the Lake of the Ozarks. If anyone wants to join me let me know. I just took a friend out for his first time and he found a silver medal dating back to the 1900s. Me.....I have been finding horse shoes and CW bullets but definitely some old stuff.

Hello from a new member as well. My journey into ancestrial genealogy search is about to begin. Amazing that your from the Sedalia Missouri area. My "boss" was born in Sedalia as well as her older sister. Two of five girls. Her mothers relatives "The Shaw's still exist there. I plan on a future trip there and perhaps we can have coffee and exchange notes.

just got me a Minelab 800 really love it. Any in Sedalia still metal detectect?
 
Welcome from Central Illinois! I have been to Sedalia many times... I was stationed at Whiteman for a while when I was in the Air Force.
