Pee'd their pants

So the other day I saw a young woman who looked like she had pee'd her shorts. When she got closer it was a design, seemed stupid to me. Then a few days later I see two more with the same shorts. Why would someone want that ... umm ... look? Well today I see that some designer has men's jeans out for $900.00 that look like they pee'd their pants. Maybe you west coast guys can explain please

Some of these fade styles are pretty crazy. As someone who was born in the 50s, my main influences comes from the 60s & early 70s. I still remember when wearing blue jeans was thought to be rebellious. Signs of a troublemaker. I'll admit in the 80s while playing metal in a big hair band I wore spandex. But I can say it was for show/entertainment.

One thing I wish someone would explain to me is the Saggers. What is the meaning of wearing your pants down to show your underwear?

I'm the first on the left standing. LOL, you got to remember, this was all for show. We recorded an album and were inducted into the Kansas Music Hall Of Fame. We were one of the highest paid bands in Kansas at the time.

Not sure but its good for society, puts them at a disadvantage when running from cops, or trying to fight with one hand while holding up their britches with the other.

I've never noticed pee genes, perhaps they actually wet themselves and its just getting more common now days ?
