Hi all I am new here but have been detecting for years. I was a member on Treasure Net before that app stopped working on my phone. I just picked up my newest detector which is the Equinox 900. I’ve owned many detectors over the years. I was swinging the Equinox 600 for the past couple and wanted to get an upgrade and I like the sounds of the Equinox and know how to use them so the 900 fit the bill. I’ve swung Garretts and the original Deus before the 600. I never like the Deus so ended up trading that one in. To date the most productive detector for me was the AT Gold. I’ve had every AT series and the Gold was a beast for me. The 600 did very well for me as well so I have High hopes for the 900. I ended up with 3 coils with the 900 the stock, 6” and the 15”. I have the 900 it works well for me. I mainly hunt fields and woods for old relics. Hope it does well for you.
