Not too long ago I posted about a gold drought. 3 months of drought and then the magic happened. Over the last week or so I've been killing it. 4 Gold rings (3 - 14 K and 1 - 10 K) along with a 14K cross pendant and a 14K 18 inch rope chain. to include a tiny 18K T&Co diamond stud earing. But to prove my usefulness when I brought the gold and diamond earring home Mrs Numil remarked, "only one?"

Of note: I've I've already lost the 18 Inch chain as when I arrived home and my wife upon seeing the necklace the question was asked, "Can I wear it?" Pretty please!

Cant live with them and cant live without them.

I was using my Manticore exclusively and have found it to be excellent at depth. Three of those rings were dug deeper than 12 inches. However be aware that gold chains and gold rings sound nothing alike and because of that it I hears it I digs it.

Good hunting out there and wishing you all the luck in your endeavors

On a roll! Nice finds!

My drought has been almost 2 months since hurricane Idalia moved my sand all around. I only hunt once or twice a week and am going tomorrow morning to try to break the losing streak. Gotta happen sooner or later.

Congrats! Still hoping to find a nice gold chain one day with my Manticore. Do you remember what the chain came up on the VDI?

Awesome finds for sure, congrats.. Three month gold drought? I think I’m going on 4 years, but its always great to see you guys posting. Good luck and hope the streak continues for you.

With all of the tourists that visit, I would think your beaches and gathering areas would be very productive. Very nice finds.
