No idea what it is or how old it is but the ground i found it in has been giving a lot of late 1800,s to early 1900,s so i guess it would be round about from that time

Very cool Simon. I think you are right on the date. I wonder what color the baguette's were? I think they were probably "diamond " also. Sure wouldn't hurt to have them tested.
