Haven't posted lately so here are a few of the latest finds so far this Spring.

Pic #4: (bought at various venues) SS Coke Tampa, Fl./c1940 paper label Pepsi (full!)/ John Ryan 1866 Excelsior soda in cobalt. The amber Coke in Pic. 3 was also purchased.

Nice bottles. Especially the Coca-Cola on the bottom. And the clay bottle. Beautiful.👍🏻

What’s the story on the dark Coke bottle? I’ve never seen one of those. Love that stubby milk bottle. I would use that.
 
For you bottle collectors.

In 1965 we had a major flood here in Dodge City Kansas. I was told a few weeks ago that the Pepsi Cola plant was flooded and all the bottles had been contaminated and were taken southeast of town where they were buried. 10,000 cases/240,000 bottles were buried.

After some research, we found the cache. Our first test hole with the bobcat yielded bottle after bottle. Some date back to the 1940's. Here are some pictures of the first test hole. We covered them back up and they remain there today.
