Hello,

My sister has helped me customize my metal detector with a fun little sticker. She gave it to me for my birthday in April after hearing the Mr. beach metal detector guy song. She thought it would be perfect for me.

She also helped me with a customized box to put all my wheat pennies in. I found almost all of the wheties at the bank I work at.

Enjoy! ;)

Well you got me out wheateyed.

But I got some neat Customized stuff.

My Comapdre just has one knob.

I thought it would look better if I

put some nice knobs on it.

The coil was looking kind of plain.

So I put Speedy on it.

I got tired of playing with the pretty

knobs that have no function, so I

decided I wanted a display. Not your

regular display. I wanted one I could

watch movies on.

Now I don't have to sit on the recliner

to watch movies.

Happy Hunting,

Just kidding about the movies.

I wouldn't want to watch movies when I

am detecting anyway.

But I did keep the pitchures on it.

I like those.

I call him Speedy.

Happy Hunting,

Nice box.

I like the box too!.

I have a similar novelty box that I put "State Quarters" in. This is my "mad-money-savings-plan". It also works well for saving and sorting out for two 'state quarter collections" I am working on. Both sets are kept in Whitman book binders with obverse/reverse views and many of the quarters in the collection are 'first-day-issues" straight from the bank. Periodically (when the box gets full) I sort these out and cash in the rest giving me a little "mad-money" to buy things.

That's pretty cool. It's nice to have people care about your hobby.

Tabdog - that is some amazing mods you have! Too funny!

Few people fear Speedy at the tot lots.

They think I'm a Harmless Old Fool.

I may play with their kids and give them coins.

The parrents let me. I look at them and they give me a nod.

I will warn kids about accepting things from strangers.

About that I usually meet the Moms and it's OK. And every

body likes speedy....

It doesn't all ways work out that way.

I'm usually there when they are not.

But I did get a big pile of some killer BarBQ one time.

Almost went to sleep in the park that day...

HH,

I love the stickers... Tabdog, I can't look at your Blazing Saddles detector without grinning! lol

Amster77 that is awesome. Just going to the effort to get the sticker for you says alot about your sister. She must really know you and love you. Very cool! Did she find the box with the wheat on it or did she make it? I have never seen anything like that.

TAB DOG, I am on my lunch break and that picture caught me off guard! Trying to look like a professional (and I am faking it) is tough enough without laughing and blowing baked beans out my nose. "at's funny I don't care who you are"
