I acquired some Civil War relics from a friend (as its pretty scarce up in Massachusetts) and I have no idea what these are.

I can't really point at the ones I am specifically talking about but heres some ideas I have gotten so far

-Rosette of a horse tack
-Piece of a trumpet
-A fishing weight
-A tobacco tamper
-A chess piece

The long lead with the rings on the bottom might be a pencil, it's a bit big for a chess piece.

Agree with Emu, soldier field made pencil, the other a fishing sinker. Looks like a big dandy button, not a rosette, but need to see the back.
