After a 1 lbs gain in the first week I am down a few lbs in the second week! This week I give up my Pepsi! So hopefully this week will be better!

Had a cold all week and surprised I didn't lose a thing. But I guess I wasn't that sick to do so. I gotta get stuck on a good diet. Need the wife to stop making cookies lol. Had to make some the other day cause they were about to expire. Hate to see food go to waste lol. Maybe tomorrow when I walk(willingly) to the Post Office. I'll extend it and make it worth my while.
I've given it up several times over the years but I always seem to cave and go back to it! Really hoping I can keep it away this time or at least keep it to a real small limit!

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY DIET SODAS!!
There have been multiple studies that have proven that not only are diet sodas not better for you in regards to weight loss, but in fact the aspertame (artificial sweetener) is actually worse.
I drank nothing but diet soda for years and got fat. The second I stopped and started to drink water only, I lost almost 20 pounds!

Have you ever tried it?? One down side is it is pricey.
