Thats what I was thinking but it has the same textured plastice feel as the top, so I wasn't quite sure. I knew all the covers I had seen appeared to cover the coil from the outside, not from the inside as this appears, just wanted to double check.

Your'e welcome, The coil cover will fit on the bottom of the coil like a plastic lid, They keep the coil from getting scratched and banged up from rocks and stuff
