Walk before crawling doesn't always work. Use your detector finds to buy your detector upgrade or pinpointer. I usually find between $400 and $500 in clad a year. And I'm not always hunting clad. I've had an ace 250 and 350. Don't jump to a 350 whatever you do
Either get a 250 or At Pro if you like Garretts. Pinpointers I recommend a TRX by Whites. Google " Problems with the propointer" and save a year for reading Otherwise you may need to buy two propointers or more when the others are in the shop being fixed
