You ever return to a permission to find that your nice plugs were torn up, dug up,or just mangled?? I have found that a few times and makes me feel like a jerk....I previously suspected squirrels thought I was burying nuts. The last one was so bad I believed it must be raccoons...

Well....my buddy was piddling around in his yard the other day and dug s few things. Next morning the plugs were popped and it was a mess. He has cameras, and after review it turned out the offender was a SKUNK!

Now I know......

I hate you, skunks.

I found one of mine meticulously plugged at my apartment complex from a week ago torn up this weekend. I'm thinking armadillo since I'm now in an area where those crazy looking critters live. All good for the rest of them though. That one was up on the hill next to the woods. Btw the guys who built the complex drank mostly Busch light and a lot of it or so my finds tell me...lol

Yep skunks do it all the time, I think they are looking for grubs.

Maybe I should carry a bottle of cayenne pepper in my gear and pour a bit in the plugs at the nicer yards
