Brings me back...about 8 years ago I posted the first coins I ever found, just junk for about 2 weeks before that.

I was using a not so great detector with some major problems and limitations but finding those first few coins was just the beginning and I was thrilled.
Over the next few months I gathered up about $30 more in clad and then I upgraded using some tax money to a Vaquaro which is when my career really started to take off.
Since then I have used a few others and found way more of everything, much more than I ever hoped to or thought possible.
This is a hobby of milestones and firsts and you always remember how you felt forever every time you reach one.
