My son and I managed to squeeze out an hour between the rains at the old church down the street yesterday. I love this place because it's only 3 miles away and it has produced some great coins and relics. Yesterday I dug my first Shield Nickel (1869), an 1891 Indian Head, a gilted flower button and a silver plated cufflink.
Here's a few pics of the finds from that spot and a few of our past hunts. Thanks for looking!
