XP Deus Backpack Options?

Shovel added. I will probably buy a couple of Velcro straps to secure the shovel to the shaft of the deus to prevent it from moving around.

Fully loaded and ready to travel. There's plenty of room if you would like to add some padding to the bottom. The slot where I slid the coil in already has padding in it.

Loaded top view. Can't shrink them to get them to turn straight or it cuts the bag off in the pic.

Bottom of the pack with shovel and machine. Nothing protruding. There's a good 1-1.5 inches of room to add some material for padding and the bottom still remain flat. Can add plenty more if you don't mind a little bulge.

Your comment about being at your glute level concerns me. I'm looking for a pack I can wear while on my motorcycle (cruiser). Do you think this would end up pushed up my back and against my helmet?
