Xp-deus=a very nice streak

I have been using my new xp for about a month and a half and even though i am not a rocket scientist ,the language it speaks is getting easier to understand. Right now i am on kind of a hot [silver] streak in that the last 7 hunts, mostly 2-3 hrs. after work, have given me 8 silvers with at least one for each of the past 7 trips. I keep wondering when it will end.the 3 places i have been hitting are ones that i have hit many times with my other machine.all of my silvers with the xp except for 1 would not have been seen with my other machine. most have been 7-10 inches deep.I have 16 so far this year and i cant believe how deep some of them were.I am hoping to get out early in the morning for a few hours,but do i go to the last 3 places that have been good to me or do i go looking for some oldies.............and maybe end my streak?

If I were you I would hit every place that you have any luck. I my self just took passion of a new XP Deus. Seems to be a great machine. But the pin pointing is driving me crazy.

Don't use the pinpoint button. Acquire the target from 2 directions. You with practice will find the target better that way.

Heckuva' nice streak! I too recently purchased a deus. I'm still a bit unsure about what it's telling me. My biggest concern is the jumpy numbers. I'm used to the etrac which alerts me to silver with fairly steady numbers and a higher tone. I just need to put more time in on the deus. Would you mind sharing your settings?
