Where to buy Garrett Gizmo?

I've no luck finding where to purchase this?
I'm having some aggravating elbow pain and Buzz suggested this and it looks like a great idea. Just cannot find it on eBay or amazon anywhere??

I got one, it works great...I have a very limited weigh max on my right arm and I could swing it for ages with the large coil, the extension and the weight changes the balance...for the benefits $30 is nothing

I got one today as well!
