I was at Home Depot today around 9:15 am and the hot dog guy was there 😊 well I like the hot dog guy and the hot dogs but it was 9:15 am. I had to remind myself that it was 9:15 am and that was kind of early for hot dogs. Leaving was tough because I had to drive right by him. But I did it and am proud of myself 😏
 
No thank you to mystery meat, They don't call it Home Cheapo for nothing. Maybe at a ball game.

No, this guy is out front on the street. He’s been there at least 15 years during the good weather. His hotdogs were not that good kind of salty. Everybody told him get better hotdogs and he did. there are not many around anymore, I used to know where they all were. As well as the canteen wagons, some of them had really good food. Just don’t see them that often anymore. Except if you’re out some kind of an event.
 
Will power at its finest hahaha. Fire season is coming up here in montana and I'm a new guy on a new crew this summer so I also have to refrain from all of the good food! It's never easy picking salad over panda express! You're an inspiration! Lol!
 
I just gave up processed foods a few weeks ago. No more juices, frozen meals, etc. just real natural food like eggs, meat, vegetables, and fruits. I have never seen such a dramatic loss in weight by simply changing diet vs the amount of intake. Best part is al my favorites now take center stage! Steak and eggs!! lol

It's amazing! It melts off rapidly.

Dr. Gott's diet is similar and very simple.....
No sugar, no flour.
