I've not been out much lately, so I decided to take off a little early from work (after a doctor's appointment), and hit a school tot lot and an old site where I've found a lot of goodies.
Keys, a half dollar, a Loonie, and about a buck and a half in change made the tot lot definitely rewarding.
45 minutes at the old site yielded an interesting token that looks to be dated 1899, has the number 21 in the middle and double strike 1001/1901 on the back. It looks to say, "TOWN OF [hole] ROCKLIN". Is anyone familiar with this beauty, and what it may have been for? Odd that it's double holed.
This morning I hit two tot lots with my hunting partner, and found about 4 dollars in change and a small, but chunky, silver ring. Loads of fun!
