This car has a small T in the dash and no other markings I think it's a Tootsie but can someone help me find what year it is. It's 6 inches long.

This one looks pretty close. Do you have a profile view of your car? This one was labeled as 1947 CHRYSLER EXPERIMENTAL. And you seem to be correct about the Tootsie brand.

Yes that's exactly it, it shows evidence of having had red paint on it and I can send you a profile picture later. Thank you so much.

Awesome, glad I could help! BTW, I think the year of the car may be referring to the make/model of the car itself, rather than the year the toy was made. So the toy's manufacture date could be a few years later than that.

Some totals you got there, where the heck are you finding this stuff?

I'm gonna go ahead and answer for his highness. Those totals are from CRH, or Coin Roll Hunting. He gets boxes of half dollars and hunts them for silvers, NFC (Not intended For Circulation), proofs and anything else interesting that may be in the boxes. Fun hobby for when the weather is bad or to fill time.
