Someone to hunt PA.

I'll look you guys up when I am back in PA. I am currently stationed at Fort Sill, but I will be PCSing to Fort Lee. Before coming to Fort Sill, I lived in Trexlertown. I plan on hunting my in-laws property in Schuylkill, County.

With the weather changing for the better we should start talking about a joint hunt with all the guys who expressed interest in this link earlier

Hey Warren. Glad this weekend isn't working out, sort of. I know for me and I'd guess for many others, a little more advanced notice would be helpful if not mandatory. Everyone interested in a get together should start racking our brains to get a good "spot". Like it as not, if there's a half dozen people, the spot's gotta be a few acres at least. Big park, farm land etc. Let's go guys, anybody have a big enough area to be hunted? I have a couple parks around here but they're fairly small.

Check out the thread link and please let me know if you want your pin added. Will make finding local hunt buddies and setting up group hunts a lot easier if we can get a lot of members on the list.

Did a little research. We have some parks around here (chester county) that allow detecting but they've been hammered. Berks county- no detecting allowed. Bucks county- detecting allowed with a non-resident fee of $20, must get permit. However, bucks county is a long way for many of the guys I see trying to get together. Bucks does have some decent looking parks, big ones.

I'm in Upper Bucks County. As a resident of Bucks County do I need a permit, or is it only for non-residents?
