Howdy, folks! Met up with fellow forum member and friend Ebone581 at a small town about halfway between us. Stopped at the post office and general store hoping for some tips, but none were to be found. So door knocking we went. Knocked at two old houses - scored two permissions
. Between those knocks and an old sports field, I scored my very first silver dime grand slam.
The order of the dimes:
1st the merc at 5"(1st house)
2nd the seated at 4"(1st house)
3rd the Barber at 4"(2nd house)
Last the Rosie at 6"(sports field)
I also dug a war nickel, an Indian and a handful of wheats.

a grand slam ? Holy smokers ! That is an Amaizing day! I can't imagine ever pulling off such a score .?
