Should I buy this digging tool?

After consulting Google and talking with some of fellow hobbyists here, I researched Lesche digging tools. The one that seems to be really decent is the one I linked here. It's a bit pricey, but I'm willing to spend money on it as I want a good digging tool that can be used for long-term. Before buying it though, I just wanted to get the opinion of any fellow detectorists. Will this be a good digging tool?
The reviews on America's Amazon say this is a fantastic tool, but I'm always skeptical on reviews haha. I would like the general opinion from people here whom I feel I can trust.
Thank you.

I like the hiding place for the cyanide capsules 😏 just incase the citizen neighborhood watch catches you. I’ve heard it is terrible how they torture people. WHERE IS YOUR PERMIT 😡 WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE 😡 ARE YOU FINDING ANY LARGE CENTS 😡😡 well stay brave and prosper.
I have two of them (minus the cyanide hider) and they are great.

While you can get away with saving a few bucks and buying cheap accessories, I don't think the digger is one of them. I've gone through quite a few of what looked like top-notch diggers, but in the end, I ended up with a Lesche. Yup, not cheap, but some things can't be scrimped on.

All I have ever used was a Lesche , 0 problems, but I rarely hunt gardens or manicured lawns, it has held up great in the woods, don't have the waterproof holder in the handle, but could see where it could in handy. :digginahole: :clapping::excited:

Haha🤣 I'm yet to have anything happen to me besides any curious stares. I expect to be confronted one day, but I'm always careful to only detect in areas I'm allowed. No need for cyanide... yet 😂

In the end, I guess when it comes to a digger you get what you pay for. I've ordered the Lesche now and I'll have it in a week or so, looking forward to feeling the difference it makes.
Thank you.

The warerproof holder seems like a luxury, but not a requirement.
I'm looking forward to using this digger, thank you 😃

Lesche makes GREAT equipment. If you cheap out to buy something, you'll likely buy it repeatedly when it breaks. I bought 3 $40 scoops when I started water hunting in two seasons. That's $120 I spent on scoops that didn't last two seasons, and NO I wasn;t abusing them. Then I bought a Stealth 720i scoop from a member/sponsor here on FMDF for $215 in 2012 and I STILL have it today. It's done thousands of hours in the Gulf Of Mexico and still looks as good as the day I got it. Spend a little extra going in on digging and scooping tools, you won't regret it. I got my Lesche hand digger in 2011 and Sampson 31 inch T Handle shovel in 2014 and still have both of them as well and they are showing some use but still in great shape.

I'm going on 6 years with the Piranha shovel from Lesch(Predator Tools). Still holding up after MANY holes dug. Now I have the Raptor hand digger coming in to compliment the Piranha. Excellent digging tools! Good luck hunting.

Mate I use a minelab pro spade saying this tho a spade is a spade cheep or not if it digs holes there’s no problem at all if u got a exdpensive one sharp etc it’ll cost if u get a cheep one n get grinder on it make a point sharpen it I’m assuming it’ll do exact same job for less I mean some of theese spades cost a arm n a leg the price of two cheep spades n with grinder I’d get two cheep ones unless your loaded then get the best happy hunting
