Got my package today from HIsoldier and all I can say is wow! He sent me a merc & rosie dime, plus a steel penny. Also sent me 4 cool bullets, 2 silver rings and a pinpointer! He really went all out with his gifts! Thanks so much! I love it!

Got it today and love the great prizes. A detector sling (to help these old shoulders), 3 books on California history and Gold prospecting, and a magnet for my scoop. Cool gifts. I use the original detecting buddy. Helps with the weight of the CTX.

I'm very happy that you enjoyed the goodies. Be careful that magnet is strong, I sometimes have to destroy server hard drives at work and I collect these for this purpose, they work great and I've given a few out already, people love them.

My son got his finger stuck between the magnet and a Canadian quarter and gave him a blood blister..

Luked sent me a leather tool collecting / keeping bag and several pairs of gloves which I've photo-ed and tried to post.

The attach option - paperclip - delivered a failed message enough times that I found myself demonstrating the definition of insanity as quoted by Albert Einstein and finally gave up.

Had something in the mailbox today from Roger B! I opened the box and found the current Whitman U.S. Coin Guidebook, a 1905 Indian Head cent, and a 1945 P war nickel! There were also two pairs of gloves with a good grip coating...they are thin and fit well, so I'll be able to handle those little treasures I find in the scoop! Thank you Roger!

Got mine today from 73cj5 and wow. I got a craftsman bag to put my detecting arsenal in, some very tasty bbq chips (locals secret) I already munched on two bags, and a super awesome lesche digger. Thank you Aron.

No worries, I figured something fun and something useful and hydration has saved my scrawny life a few times out there...and that's just in my local park...:laughing:

I write the stickers, couldn't find most of my copies as they are packed in the basement for my eventual move but thought you'd get a kick out of them.
 
Toni - I think the general thought is that the majority of individuals on this forum are men. :)

Not so for you and me. I wonder how many of us females are on this forum? I know one of the hosts is.
