I am glad u like them, although I feel after seeing the other gifts here that maybe I did not send you enough coins . I feel kinda bad because others spent way more than I did. These were items from my personal collection, not dug items. Thank you for posting up a great pic

Wow everyone! I cant believe the gift Stan sent me . Its a hand made cedar ring box he made himself, holding a beautiful silver and turqouis ring! It is a really nice gift, that my better half has already claimed and is now wearing

Stan..thank you SO much for the wonderful gift, and i hope you enjoy yours from me also. I hope your christmas was as good as mine..and happy new year and may all your hunts be memorable ones!
thanks again guy!

You're welcome Hook. I'll let Sandy (my wifes pet name for my sand shark) know you liked it as well. Maybe that will encourage her to find more rings. Have a great new year. I'm sure I will love what you sent once it gets here. This has been great fun. HH

Don't feel bad G4E or anyone else for that matter. Personally, I would be more thrilled getting a sample of the G4E collection as a gift than a store bought item. Each person that joined this exchange lives by different means and everyone will get something different.

NO ONE should feel compelled to go out and spend anything on this gift exchange. That was not the point. The only reason I did what I did is because I can afford it and I saw the need for a specific item. I know that people here would be thrilled to get anything that the other person sends.

To be cliche...

It's the thought not the price.

SWEET!!!! Got my gift from Rinker 1989. What can i say...This is AWESOME... Thank You and Happy New Year

I received my gift from Anvilmanco and its terrific, its a metal scoop, something I have always wanted but never took the time get. Now I will have it handy when I choose to go hunt swim beaches and possibly volleyball courts.

Lots of nice gifts here, I hope the exchange continues next year.

thanks again Anvilmanco, ColoKid

You're more than welcome, ColoKid, I have one left (I had two) and I actually use it at a "Tot-Lot" where they have pea gravel under the play equipment. It works really well and if I find the "goodie" fell through, the the P.P. usually will find it then. I also use it at a fresh-water beach I go to.

Happy New year to all.

I like it. It Is a perfect Gift for me.!
Just about all I ever wear is camo. The hat fits me great and I have a XXL head.
I like the Silver 41 merk too. Thanks a bunch. Silver coins are a rare score out here in the desert.
The Gift Xchange is a great idea, thanks Carol for making it happen.

My gift from ambivolent!

I am super stoked right now! I got my gift in the mail from Ambivolent on Saturday, but was away from the house and didn't check the mail till Sunday night, and there it was! I wasn't expecting to see so much. Coins, Civil War stuff, and some other great items. My favorite is the Civil War button! I have a passion for Civil War finds, and is a dream of mine to be able to hunt a Civil War site one day. I've always wanted one of these buttons. Thanks, Ambivolent....Great gifts, bro!

Wheats
Indian heads
Merc
Buff

3 civil war era mini balls
civil war button

jewelers glass
head light for night hunting
little digger

Beautiful rock. (Can't remember the name for these, but it looks awesome.)

Thanks again for the gifts, Ambivolent, and thanks to Carol for putting this on.

Glad you liked everything Midwest those jewlers loup's come in handy when trying to make out small makers marks and what not I figure every detectorists needs one as I said I forgot to add my letter the buff and 4 of the wheats aren't dug but the IH's, 2 wheats and the merc is all from the reunion grounds I've been detecting for the last few months :)
And the CW button and bullets were found between Lithia springs and Dallas Georgia and I actually had a family member that was captured at the battle of Dallas.
