Has anyone heard of the Superman Junior Defense League? Found what I believe was a pin, not in great shape and I will try to post as pic later, just curious about what year is associated to it?

Saylor’s Bread premium pin for the Superman Junior Defense League. Superman debuted in April 1938, and was a popular icon used for promoting bread sales. The reward to a child joining the League was a membership card signed by Clark Kent himself.

Great looking finds!

When people sent away for these premiums, it also helped to get an idea of how many people were listening to the radio show. This was long before the Nielsen Ratings.
