I had a coin shipped to me on 2/21. The seller used USPS Priority Mail. It just got here today on 2/29.

USPS should not be advertising their "priority" service on screwTube if they don't mean it. As it is, their commercials are only there to irritate me into paying for blackma....er....ad-free service.

I guess it wasn't a priority.:madmad:I feel your pain my friend, and I'll bet a lot more on the forum feels it too.:waytogo:

Your priority, and their priority are two very different things. I have an occasional need to mail things to northern NJ from SC... roughly 700 miles. Some take 3 days. Some take +/- 10 days and a few never even arrive. There appears to be no rhyme/reason or method to the madness. I have read in recent times theft is an increasing problem.

If you've never had the delight to be in the back of a Post Office, at least one I've been in has an enclosed catwalk over the sorting floor. It has mirrored windows, so the peons never know who is watching from above... literally. I'll go out on a limb here, and say if they went to that kind of trouble and expense, the problem is huge.
