I am trying to date an old site. Thanks, Steve Attachments pewterspoonhandle1.jpg 184.3 KB · Views: 36 pewterspoonhandle2.gif 582.4 KB · Views: 36

After 1877, English pewter frequently featured an excise mark consisting of a crown over the initials of the ruling monarch and a code number1. This mark helped regulate the production and sale of pewter items during that period."
