A friend asked me to try to find a pendant that slipped off her daughter's necklace. She tried to find it with her own metal detector, but hasn't detected much and couldn't find it. Actually, she wasn't even sure if she lost it at the stable because the necklace was found at home when her daughter took her jacket off.
I searched a stall, a walkway, around a picnic table... no luck. I waited for the ok to search a round pen (a horse was in it). Half way through searching the pen, I said a little prayer asking to lead me to it IF it was there. 30 seconds later, that silver horse charm SANG! Ellie is one happy horse girl, and I'm one happy metal detectorist to have found it for her.
