800 module
Guys , what's the real purpose of f the WM08 module, a couple of thing's , the plastic plug over the jack, it not water proof correct, 2nd thing i notice is , it doesn't have the 1/4 inch jack like the CTX3030 to plug most headphones in, 3rd , looks like the waterproof Equinox 800 headphones will plug into the module , used the 800 at the beach with wireless headphones worked great, ?s are when am i going to use it, the uses, purposes , as i can't find to much info on the module, i see the same connection on the head with the plastic cap, were the waterproof headphones would go, 1/4 inch jack headphone's are not usable , any info on this would be great, i would also add that they did include a wire if you don't want to use blue tooth , that would probably hook up, thanks Earl

Earl the module using it plugged in is NOT blue tooth, means it's faster.
Allows you to use any headphones and not be tethered to unit. Also if your wireless headphones go TU, you can use headphone module with other headphones and stay afloat.
It's there when you need it. Working super duper heavy iron it may be of use since it's faster than wireless headphones reporting.
If you don't like yours, you can send it to me I'll gladly take if you will make you feel any better.lol

Just remember if you buy one, if it is stereo plug it will work with module, will not though turn off external speaker should you plug into detector directly.

Well i can't complain to much, as the wireless head phones are nice, to sum it up, i bought SunRay Gold CTX phones for my CTX3030's, which turn off the detectors speaker, it would have been nice to hook them into the WM08 module , but NO- 1/4 inch jack, so if you want to use different head phones , this might be an issue, for everyone, can't use my SunRays or Gray Ghost ultimate s with the Equinox 800 , jack needed, Earl PS Nice Equinox gets silver video .

What's this exactly.
You the user can turn any sector range down to produce zero volume.(zero tone)
So a more silent search with zones you want to hear can be and not the one's you don't want to hear.
Sorta like a White's V3i is capable of.

Yes they are. I know I have loved mine for years. But there are tons of targets that ring up the exact same way hence my comment.

I can believe what just happened
I was loading the dishwasher and heard something or somebody near the front door.
I opened the door and saw the delivery guy walking off and a box at my front door.
It was my nox 800.
If I was anywhere else in the house I would not have known it. He didn't even knock on the door. Just threw it down and was leaving.
It would have been outside all night in the bad weather were having here in central Texas.
Now, I am NOT trying to start a !!!! storm for Kellyco. I ordered the 800 from kellyco on 9/20/17. I received an e-mail from them today hinting on a shipment but no confirmation or tracking number. I wasn't expecting this at ALL, but am very surprised.
If you ordered from them early, make damn sure you are watching your front door!
