Hello
Mostly I just find coins and the rare ring in a local park, using a 20 year old Quattro.
I found this site through a search about a Garrett Bloodhound depth multiplier that I own. I’m wondering if it will work on a Garrett I see for sale locally

I wish I could answer your question, but I can't. Hope somebody who might know will jump in here. Good luck in the future hunts !!

Welcome from CT. How long is your hunting season up there?

Welcome!!! I lived in Anchorage for 9 years. I used to detect on Elmendorf AFB & Ft Richardson, now known as Joint Base Elmendorf/Richardson. (JBER)

I used to go to the ski slopes in the summer and detect, was actually very rewarding. Other areas are the large snow dump sites. There used to be these big lots that all the plowed snow was dumped in. During break up, lots of people would sift through the piles looking for items. People would find all kinds of stuff, wallets, purses, guns, knives, camping gear.

Other rewarding area was the Palmer Fair Grounds after the State fair, parking lot and grounds were always rewarding.
