my wife took my metal detector from me, then made me dig all her targets, then kept everything "she" found and left all the trash for me.

THAT is the reason she cant come with me anymore.

My wife goes with me every time. She doesn't really want to MD herself and beachcombs while I swing. Since it has been so hot here, she carries cold water bottles for us in her beach bag, and they really comes in very handy at the right time to keep hydrated in the saltwater and heat. She has found cash, half buried designer sunglasses, and other good stuff in the sand.
Of course, she has first dibs on all finds. She deserves it.

So I learned an important lesson yesterday, never ever ever ever let your GF go detecting with you!
1) You will only get to Detect for 20 mins out of the 4 hours you spend ant the beach
2) Any rings you find are automatically forfeit
3) any money you find gets handed to the Ice Cream vendor

Just joking ladies me and my GF had an amazing time!
I did find about $8 in clad (that got spent on Ice Cream and beer) and a nice silver toe ring that got snatched as soon as it came out of the ground! (she is really fast !

Very nice Glad you and your girlfriend get along so nice. Some are real drama queens.
