You're going to have to run some iron discrimination with that Storm to determine those bottle caps. I run 19-21 normally and run 23 with the Storm.

NEVER!!!
I think I already have the caps figured out. They only seem to hit perfect at a certain distance from the coil, getting closer or lifting the coil seems to help reveal the truth... I'm hoping sort of..

So what is your recommendation? As I have the AT Gold and am thinking of getting one. I have an old amusement park that I have pulled quite a few silvers from. I have used a CTX and my hunting buddy uses an AT Pro. And have hit this place hard. Last time we hit it was a bust. Seems as if you can figure out the bottle caps easely enough. This place would be a great place to put it to the test.

With only 2.5 hours on this coil, I wouldn't and can't recommend it personally to anyone.. I would think that your CTX should have gotten 99% of anything that is able to be reached..
I'm thinking this coil gets me one step closer to the CTX/etrac depth, but I doubt anything past those heavyweight hitters ..

Today I will try to repeat my success from yesterday...
Same old park, different spot, just as trashy.. Hunted this area several times as well, only have been able to sneak a few wheats out, and they were deep, old, and green...

Put some silicone around the wire to the coil connection. May not need it but I was told a while ago to do it as insurance on a NEL. I did it.

100% - I have the NEL Sharpshooter it hits deep as well. You gotta be ready to dig 12-14 down for the old stuff.

Nice finds. Thats what I figured about the larger aftermarket coils , they extend detection depth but not accuracy. Its good to see confirmation from somebody who knows the AT pro well. While detection depth is a benefit , without the accuracy in target ID at depth it may or may not result in more deep finds. Its good to know if something is there I suppose , even when you dont know just what.
