I want to make a quick post here for the future psychos who want to install their own and not run into the headache that I did.
I really hope this helps someone in the future save some time.

Shout out to OBN for his input and researching information for me that helped me figure it out.

There are a few posts out there showing how to wire it up, yet they did not produce a functioning detector for me.

For MY NEL Attack coil, inside is just two grey wires each wrapped with a bare "shield" wire. (See photo attached)

Separate the wires so you have 4 wires, keeping the shield wires with their corresponding grey wire.

I used a sharpy and made one grey wire AND it's shield wire black, just so I could keep them identified.

Wire them as follows:
Solid grey - TXB
Shield wire - RXA
Solid grey - TXA
Shield wire - GND2

To determine this I put a digital multimeter on 200 ohms, and touched it to the two original excal 2 coil transmit wires (red and black). It gave 2.3~2.5 on the meter. Placing it on the white and yellow gave no change in resistance of 1.

So now on the NEL Attack coil I did the same thing following the guidance from all the other forum posts information and never got a change in resistance UNTIL I touched the two SOLID GREY wires. They gave a resistance of 2.3 ~ 2.5. So I said here are my transmit wires.

It works perfectly. Nulls out on iron in discriminate and gives full signal in pin point on everything.

I do not know if the two solid grey wires are interchangeable or if I got lucky on the "Which grey wire goes in TXB and which goes in TXA."
Perhaps it doesn't matter? I am not going to pull them out and swap them to find out lol.

Gonna clean up the points and epoxy.

See pics for reference.
