MTHA will have a booth at the Topsfield Fair (Massachusetts)

MTHA (Massachusetts Treasure Hunting Association) will be the first metal detecting organization ever to have a booth at the Topsfield Fair. We will have a presence there for the duration of the Fair (September 29th - October 9th).

Topsfield is one of the oldest Fairs in the country. In the 11 days it is open, an estimated 500,000 people will pass through the gates. To read more, see https://www.topsfieldfair.org/

Thanks Jeff. My turn to volunteer to staff the MTHA booth will be Friday morning. Then up early again Saturday for the Houghton Pond hunt

Here are some photos from MTHA's booth at the 2023 Topsfield Fair. We were located inside the Sportsmen Building, along with organizations like Rod & Gun club, Hunting, Massachusetts Marine Fisheries division, etc.

At our October club meeting, we made live phone calls to the raffle winners of the Garrett metal detector and the 10 daily winners of Morgan silver dollars.
