I have used ARA twice and each time i spoke to them on the phone.They have been absolutely some of the best people i have delt with over the phone doing any type of business.They are A-1.

I've just done my first business with ARA, and was happy with the outcome. It did take a little longer than I though (2 weeks) but since I wasn't desperate for the check it was okay with me. I also found out that they will bid on your loose stones (diamonds) and you can either sell them or not. I know I've read that some of you have a collection of loose stones from melted rings and such that you can't seem to sell on your own. Well, give ARA a call and find out the details. It's better than having them just gather dust. LOL Happy Holidays to all!
