Meteorite??

Dug this is an old farm yard. Not round so think it is a meteorite?

No expert but I say no. Looks to round. I'd say a rusted ball.

The pic makes it look round but it's not. One side is flatter and it's overall mishapend

That may be but the meteorites I've seen are very irregular. This thing has too much smooth surface. I'd say the shape is due to rusting away.

But like I said, I'm no expert.

Search Google for meteorite and look at the images. Nothing even close to what you have.

All I know about meteorites is that they are rare enough that most people that think they may have found one... really didn't. Keep us posted!
